Job Description
Nestlé is hiring a Customer Manager – Drugstore to manage key drugstore customers, driving profitable growth by developing customer category business plans, modeling Nestlé’s selling and negotiation approach, and ensuring excellent execution. Responsibilities include identifying customer opportunities, driving commercial and operational plan delivery, meeting Customer Category KPIs (sales achievement, growth, CTS, cycle plan execution, distribution), executing order-to-cash processes, and coordinating with CCSD, Supply Chain and Marketing on corporate and category initiatives. Candidates should be results-oriented, strong in negotiation, and experienced in customer category management.
