Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and payroll reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
Responsibilities include preparing payroll, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, coordinating with HR and finance, and resolving payroll inquiries.
Requirements: 2+ years payroll experience, proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks), strong numerical skills, confidentiality, and knowledge of tax regulations.
