Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative II – Voice to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and escalate issues when needed. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of voice-based customer service experience, clear verbal English, patience, active listening skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include answering calls, documenting interactions, troubleshooting products/services, meeting quality and productivity targets, and supporting junior staff.
