Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production and logistics, ensure quality standards, and optimize workflow. You will lead a team, coordinate schedules, and report performance metrics.
Key responsibilities: supervise staff, enforce safety and quality, manage inventory, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements: 3+ years in operations or supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with ERP or production systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
