Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to join SGS Careers in the Philippines. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, gathering information, resolving queries, and providing timely communication to clients.
You will also guide and instruct junior employees, ensuring they receive the support they need. This position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary of Php30,00.00 per month.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including evening and night shifts, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
