Job Description
We are seeking a Recovery Payment Specialist to manage overdue accounts, contact customers, negotiate payment plans, and process recoveries. You will track payment status, prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with legal or billing teams when necessary. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ experience in collections or accounts receivable, strong communication and negotiation skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
