Job Description
Full Stack Technical Support Engineer — Provide expert technical assistance across front-end and back-end systems. You will troubleshoot web applications (React, Node.js), databases (SQL), server environments (Linux), and cloud services (AWS/GCP), respond to tickets, reproduce and resolve issues, perform root-cause analysis, deploy patches, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve stability. Required: 2+ years in full stack support or SRE roles, strong JavaScript and SQL skills, experience with Linux, git, Docker, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.
