Job Description
We are urgently hiring Call Center Agents (Non-Voice) for Sapient Global Services Inc. in Metro Manila. As a Customer Support Representative (Email & Chat) you will resolve customer inquiries, update records, escalate issues, and stay current on policies while contributing to a collaborative team. This onsite, full-time permanent role welcomes fresh graduates.
