Job Description
Snapscale seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Client Success Associate to support our Client Success team and virtual assistants. You will manage timely client communications, record VA bonuses and gifts in accounting forms, resolve common non-issue inquiries, assist the Client Success Manager with data tracking, and escalate ongoing concerns. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management, strong organizational skills, meticulous record-keeping, and familiarity with CRM, spreadsheets, Slack, Google Workspace or HubSpot.
