Job Description
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Crypto Chat Support Consultant to provide fast, professional live-chat support for a cryptocurrency platform. You will resolve user inquiries about accounts, transactions, and basic crypto concepts, escalate complex issues, and document interactions. Requirements: native or fluent Korean, strong English communication, 1+ year customer support (preferably crypto/fintech), typing speed, problem-solving skills, and ability to work shifts. Familiarity with KYC, wallets, and exchanges is a plus. Remote position with training and competitive compensation.
