Job Description
We are hiring a Game Designer to design and document mechanics, systems, levels, missions, and progression. You’ll prototype and iterate with developers, artists, and producers, analyze player behavior and metrics, balance gameplay, and maintain clear design documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent, 3+ years in game design, strong understanding of mechanics, level design, player psychology, and prototyping; experience with Unity, Unreal, or proprietary editors; excellent communication and quick iteration. Preferred: UI/UX, scripting (Lua/Python), multiplayer/live-service experience, and A/B testing or analytics. Full-time, permanent. Salary Php40,00 – Php70,00 per month. Benefits: flextime. Work location: in person.
