Job Description
We are hiring a General Ledger Reconciliation Specialist responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts, investigating variances, and supporting month-end close. You will prepare account analyses, coordinate with business units, post adjusting entries, and improve reconciliation processes. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years of general ledger or reconciliation experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Ideal candidates demonstrate high attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication. This is a hands-on role with regular deadlines and cross-functional collaboration.
