Job Description
Join our construction team as a Quantity Surveyor responsible for cost estimating, preparation of bills of quantities, tender evaluation, contract administration, cost control and value engineering throughout project lifecycles. You will prepare accurate estimates, monitor variations, manage subcontractor payments, and ensure financial compliance.
Ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, with minimum three years’ experience in building or infrastructure projects. Strong numerical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and estimating software, knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts, good communication, negotiation and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work with project teams and meet deadlines is required.
