Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Processing who is fluent in Mandarin to lead and optimize our processing operations. You will supervise a small team, ensure timely and accurate transaction handling, enforce quality controls, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, process improvement experience, excellent communication in Mandarin and English, and proficiency with MS Excel and workflow systems. Minimum 3+ years in operations or processing, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are essential.
