Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Coordinator VA to manage virtual assistant teams, streamline workflows, and ensure high-quality client support. The role requires project coordination, task delegation, scheduling, and quality control across remote staff.
Key responsibilities: lead daily operations, train and mentor VAs, monitor KPIs, communicate with clients, and implement process improvements. Required skills: strong communication, time management, problem-solving, basic project management tools (Trello/Asana), and 3+ years of VA or coordination experience.
