Job Description
We seek a Customer Service Specialist focused on billing inquiries and customer retention. You will resolve account issues, explain invoices, process payments, and handle disputes with empathy and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include managing billing cases, analyzing churn signals, executing retention offers, coordinating with finance and product teams, and maintaining accurate records and KPIs.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in billing or retention roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM and billing systems. Target-driven, customer-first attitude required.
