Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities, optimize inventory flow, and lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers. Responsibilities include scheduling, performance monitoring, safety compliance, process improvement, and coordination with procurement and transport partners. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics supervision, strong leadership, analytical skills, proficiency with WMS and MS Excel, and a commitment to on-time delivery and cost control.
