Job Description
As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory accuracy, supervise a team of pickers and packers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, training staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, performing cycle counts, and improving warehouse processes. Candidate should have 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP), and a commitment to workplace safety. Ability to analyze KPIs, solve operational issues, and work under pressure required.
