Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Telemarketer at Gold Marketing & Services for an on-site graveyard shift in Davao City. Make outbound calls, introduce services, set appointments, handle objections, prevent cancellations, follow scripts while keeping conversations natural, update CRM and call tools, and meet daily call, booking, and quality targets. Ideal candidates are confident, persuasive, goal-driven, disciplined with schedules, and have at least 1 year telemarketing or sales experience. Offer competitive base pay Php17,00–25,00/month, commission and bonus pay, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career growth.
