Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Team Leader to manage sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes, coach recruiters, and optimize talent acquisition strategies. You will set hiring targets, track KPIs, build relationships with hiring managers, implement recruitment tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Requirements: 3+ years in recruitment with 1+ year leading a team, strong interpersonal and data-driven decision skills, familiarity with ATS and sourcing channels, and excellent communication.
