Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of labor regulations. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, maintaining HR records, facilitating training, supporting benefits administration, and advising managers on compliance and employee development. Proactive, organized, and confidential handling of sensitive information required. Experience with HRIS and MS Office preferred.
