Job Description
Join our IT team as a Service Desk Analyst providing first-line technical support and incident resolution for end users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, log and prioritize tickets, escalate complex cases, and maintain clear documentation and communication. Requirements: 1-2 years in IT support or customer service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, familiarity with Windows, Office 365, and ticketing systems; CompTIA A+ is a plus.
