Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support kitchen operations. You will assist in food preparation, portioning, basic cooking, dish plating, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness under the supervision of senior chefs.
Requirements: culinary diploma or 6 months kitchen experience, basic knife skills, knowledge of food safety, strong teamwork, stamina for standing shifts, and a willingness to learn.
