Job Description
Join our team as a Client Relations Specialist to build and maintain strong customer relationships, act as the primary point of contact, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will manage client onboarding, track feedback, prepare reports, and support account growth. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools.
