Job Description
The Global HRIS Specialist will manage and optimize our human resources information systems across multiple countries. Responsibilities include system configuration, data integrity, payroll and benefits integrations, user support, and cross-functional project delivery. The role requires experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar), strong data analysis skills, and knowledge of global HR processes and compliance. The ideal candidate communicates clearly with stakeholders, drives process improvements, and supports system rollouts and training for regional HR teams.
