Job Description

We are hiring a Financial Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve account issues, and guide customers through financial products with professionalism and accuracy.

Key responsibilities: answer calls and emails, process transactions, investigate discrepancies, refer complex cases to specialists, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance.

Requirements: strong communication, basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, customer-focused attitude, and 1+ years in banking or finance preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
