Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Airline Customer Service Representative to provide excellent passenger support at the airport and via phone or email. Responsibilities include check-in, boarding assistance, ticketing and reservation support, baggage handling coordination, and resolving passenger inquiries or complaints with professionalism. Candidates should have strong verbal and written English, good problem-solving skills, a calm attitude under pressure, and flexibility to work shifts. High school diploma and customer service experience preferred. Training will be provided; familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.
