Job Description

We are hiring a Content Moderator responsible for monitoring chat, email and voice communications to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. You will review messages, flag violations, and escalate sensitive cases.

Key duties: moderate user interactions, document incidents, provide clear feedback, and collaborate with safety and legal teams. Must handle high-volume workloads with attention to detail and empathy.

Requirements: excellent English communication, experience in moderation or customer support, strong judgment, and ability to work shifts. Familiarity with moderation tools and basic reporting is a plus.
