Job Description
We are seeking a Collections Team Leader to manage a team of collectors, drive recovery targets, and maintain high customer service standards. Responsibilities include setting daily goals, coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, negotiating repayment plans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and reporting performance to management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in debt collection, strong leadership and communication skills, analytical ability to manage aging portfolios, and proficiency with collection software.
