Job Description
The Optician at EO Executive grinds and shapes eyeglass lenses to prescription, assembles lenses into frames, reads lens and frame specifications, and inspects broken lenses to determine original prescriptions and perform minor repairs. Key duties include preparing lens patterns to fit frame size and shape, verifying lens grade and axis, plotting pupillary distance, cutting lens layouts, supplying accessories (nylon for semi‑rimless, coatings/tints), repairing and adjusting frames (screws, nose pads), soldering and gold‑plating frames, and maintaining laboratory equipment. Optician Trainees must complete a 16‑day training. Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent, Fresh graduate. Work Location: In person.
