Job Description
The Store Officer oversees store operations to maximize sales and profitability through customer service, inventory control, marketing, expense management, and team development. Key duties include enforcing policies and standards, managing customer service, training staff, meeting store targets, controlling expenses, handling inventory and assets, and mitigating risks. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least 5 years’ managerial experience in retail or fast-food, be proficient in English, and be able to commute or relocate to Los Baños.
