Job Description
APEX MANNING INC seeks a full-time Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and commercial rentals in the Laguna area. Responsibilities include rent collection, lease enforcement, advertising vacancies, conducting showings, tenant screening, preparing leases, handling tenant relations, inspections, and coordinating major repairs with contractors. Candidates must have proven property management or leasing experience, strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, excellent communication, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently, and familiarity with Laguna communities. On-site work required; permanent position.
