Job Description
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment in kitchens, bars, and service areas. Responsible for routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting refrigeration, ovens, dishwashers, ice machines, plumbing, electrical systems, and small HVAC units. Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with foodservice regulations. Collaborate with F&B managers and external vendors to minimize downtime.
Require vocational diploma or equivalent, 2+ years experience in commercial kitchen maintenance, knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems, basic welding and plumbing, strong problem-solving, available for on-call shifts. Certification in refrigeration/HVAC is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits.
