Job Description
Join WON MART KOREAN GROCERY as a Store Manager overseeing daily retail operations. You will lead and develop staff, drive sales, manage inventory and visual merchandising, enforce loss prevention, analyze sales data to meet targets, handle scheduling, hiring/training, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain financial and compliance responsibilities. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: From Php20,00.00/month. Benefits include additional leave, a company Christmas gift, and on-site parking. Work Location: In person.
