Job Description
BPO Hub – Sapient Global is mass hiring Customer Support Specialists for hotel booking across Metro Manila. We offer a ONE-DAY hiring process and welcome applicants with no BPO experience. Duties: respond to customer emails and chats, modify or cancel reservations, resolve booking issues, promote deals and upgrades, and recommend process improvements. Benefits include up to Php28,00 (more with experience), Php30,00 signing bonus, 13th/14th month pay, HMO on day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, allowances, performance bonuses, weekends off, night differential, flexible shifts, and fast career growth. On-site, full-time, permanent roles available.
