Job Description
Lead daily store operations, ensure sales targets, and maintain visual standards. Manage, coach, and schedule staff to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee inventory control, ordering, merchandising, and loss prevention. Analyze sales data, implement promotional plans, and drive local marketing initiatives. Require 3+ years retail management experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexible schedule and commitment to high standards.
