Job Description
The Record-to-Report (R2R) Accounting Specialist will manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records and timely month- and year-end closes. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, accruals and adjustments; reconciling general ledger, balance sheet and P&L accounts; preparing financial statements; supporting internal and external audits; ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal controls; analyzing variances; and coordinating with AP, AR, FP&A and Tax. This full-time, permanent role offers Php40,00–65,00/month, health and life insurance, promotion opportunities and paid training. Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 2 years’ experience handling international clients. Work location: in person.
