Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Assistant Manager focused on Site Acquisition in Pasay. This role drives land/site sourcing, negotiations, and permits to support network expansion projects.
Key responsibilities: identify and evaluate sites, negotiate terms with owners, coordinate with local authorities and cross-functional teams, and manage documentation and timelines.
Requirements: 3+ years in real estate or telco site acquisition, strong negotiation skills, local knowledge of Pasay, excellent communication, and ability to travel.
