Job Description
WTW is seeking an HR Service Center Business Support Supervisor to oversee day-to-day GHRS operations ensuring adherence to service level standards. The role includes administering ServiceCentral resolutions, maintaining accurate employee records, and participating in HR-related projects. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in HR issues, monitoring team tasks, and enhancing internal customer services.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with HR Shared Services experience, strong Excel Data Analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Candidates should be flexible, organized, and willing to work rotating shifts in North America hours.
