Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level IT Specialist to support daily IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with network maintenance. Responsibilities include installing and configuring workstations, providing technical support to users, monitoring system performance, and documenting procedures. Required: basic knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting skills; good communication and willingness to learn. Preferred: diploma or degree in IT or related field and certification (CompTIA A+/Network+). This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to grow in a dynamic IT team.
