Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Trainer 1 to design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing staff. Responsibilities include developing curricula, leading workshops, evaluating learner progress, and collaborating with HR to refine materials. Candidates should have at least 2 years of training experience, strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of adult learning principles, and proficiency in MS Office. Certification in training, facilitation experience, and a proactive, learner-centered approach are preferred.
