Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Team Lead at Bridgecore to manage and motivate our inside sales team. You will set and track targets, prepare forecasts, report metrics, coordinate projects, and liaise with Marketing and Product to boost revenue and customer engagement. The role requires proven inside/international sales experience (1+ year preferred), strong CRM and Excel skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, and a degree in Sales or Business Administration. This full-time, permanent position offers Php60,00–Php80,00/month and demands adherence to sales, finance, and legal procedures while fostering open communication and continuous process improvements.
