Job Description
We are hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative. Front-office: manage inbound patient-focused calls and outbound follow-ups. Back-office: handle admissions (records, insurance checks), manage emails/faxes/scans, staff electronic charts, upload signed orders, and perform other patient-support tasks. Qualifications: 4-year graduate (medical preferred) or BPO experience in a US healthcare account, 1+ year intake/CSR experience (6+ months in healthcare), hospital experience a plus, strong English, detail-oriented, tech-savvy (Excel/MS Office), proactive and customer-service focused. Full-time, permanent, onsite in Ortigas, Pasig with night shifts required. Salary from Php25,00/month. Paid training provided.
