Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Lead based in the Philippines to drive local growth and brand presence. You will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, lead a small team, oversee digital campaigns, partnerships, and budget allocation, and measure performance with clear KPIs. The role requires 5+ years in marketing, strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and experience in digital channels and CRM. Excellent communication in English (and Filipino preferred) and a degree in Marketing or related field are required. Collaborate with regional teams to align campaigns and report results to senior management.
