Job Description
Lead and oversee the New Product Development team from concept to market launch. Responsible for managing cross-functional collaboration (R&D, design, production, QA, and marketing), defining project timelines and budgets, guiding prototype development and testing, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Coach and mentor engineers and designers, prioritize product roadmaps based on market research and customer needs, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years in product development with supervisory experience, strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with PLM/CAD tools. Ability to deliver on time and within budget.
