Job Description
Tim Ho Wan seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, control costs, and achieve sales targets. Key duties include supervising and training staff, maintaining food quality and safety, managing inventory and P&L, handling guest feedback, preparing sales and labor reports, scheduling, and coordinating promotions. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred, 3–5 years in food & beverage with at least 2 years in management, strong leadership and team skills, and P&L knowledge. Work location: restaurant branch in Manila (may require relocation/commute). Job type: Full-time, in-person. Salary: Php24,00–36,00/month.
