Job Description
Join Hawker Chan as Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure high-quality service, manage staff, drive sales and maintain standards. Responsibilities include supervising, training and motivating teams; overseeing kitchen, dining and service flow; monitoring food quality and presentation; resolving customer issues; managing inventory, orders and cost control; ensuring food safety and sanitation; preparing schedules; analyzing sales and covering for senior management when required. Qualifications: 2–3 years in F&B with supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills; degree in Hospitality or Business preferred. Location: on-site at Hawker Chan branches (may rotate). Salary: Php20,00–Php27,00/month.
