Job Description
Join PH Global Jet Express Inc. as an HR Associate supporting daily HR operations. You will assist recruitment (postings, screening, interviews), manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain confidential employee files, handle timekeeping and payroll documentation, respond to employee inquiries, support employee relations, coordinate training and engagement, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related; 1 year HR experience (fresh graduates considered); MS Office proficiency; strong organization, communication, discretion, and attention to detail. Full-time, in-person role with paid training.
