Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate for the Local & Dayshift account in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolve complaints, document interactions, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Fresh graduates (Grade 12) are encouraged to apply; retail, hospitality, food service, or sales experience is a plus. Must communicate clearly in English and Filipino.
