Job Description
Join our team as an HR Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration. You will coordinate job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain personnel files, assist payroll and benefits processes, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, 1-2 years HR experience, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
